What marked the business years 2023 and 2024 in Monri’s ECR (Electronic Cash Register) segment, and what are the plans and goals for 2025? These were just some of the topics shared last week during an all-day event with distributors by Hrvoje Habjanec, Member of the Management Board of Monri Payments, and members of the sales team for Monri’s cash register solutions: Remaris, Smart, Thor, and Start. These distributors sell the mentioned hospitality software solutions across Croatia.
In addition to constructive discussions within this sales & distribution team about developing new functionalities to meet the needs of hospitality businesses, awards were also presented. Monri awards were given to the best ECR sellers of 2023: distributors from Zadar-based Tehno Sistem and Monri’s own Marko Ćavar.
Congratulations to our colleagues and the entire sales-distribution team of around 40 people, whose efforts have resulted in the contracting of over 1,000 locations annually.
Distributors were informed about the internal efforts of teams responsible for cash register software, investments in development, strengthening the organizational structure to ensure quality business expansion, new product-level features, and the marketing activities and events that marked 2024. Among the new business year plans, the focus is on products that enhance competitiveness and a collaborative marketing approach.
