Monri showcased its most advanced solutions for 2026 for the HoReCa sector at two major trade shows in Croatia – the Adriatic Gastro Show in Zadar and Promohotel in Poreč. Restaurateurs, hoteliers, and other industry professionals had the opportunity to visit Monri’s exhibition space, try the solutions live, and experience what modern, simple, and efficient management of hospitality operations looks like.
A range of innovations was presented at both trade shows, with one of the highlights being Remaris X – Monri’s new cash register from the Remaris family. Years of experience in developing POS software and deep knowledge of the HoReCa sector were transformed into a modern, intuitive, and highly functional cash register, tailored to the real needs of hospitality professionals.
The answer to the question of whether it can be simpler is clear: Yes! Remaris X is a reliable and flexible cash register that makes daily operations easier.
The new cash register is designed so that anyone can use it, without prior training, while its real added value comes from AI reports that provide fast, concrete, and business-relevant answers to questions such as:
-
How much coffee did I sell last week?
-
Which item is my top seller?
-
How much stock do I need to order for next week?
-
At what time of day is beer sold the most?
Monri’s exhibition space was organized into two major themed zones – a “restaurant & fast food” zone and a “café bar” zone. Each was designed to faithfully simulate a real working environment and demonstrate how Monri’s solutions operate in practice, without compromising speed, workflow efficiency, or user experience.
In addition to the themed zones, visitors had the opportunity to try out:
- three different self-order kiosks, available in demo versions
- Monri’s popular Start mobile POS, ideal for seasonal businesses and small trades
- Monri’s hotel solution, tailored to the specific needs of hotel operations
A strong focus was placed on the hands-on demo experience at the stand – all solutions could be tried live. Visitors had the opportunity to follow the entire process, from placing an order on a kiosk or POS, through the kitchen display, all the way to order pickup, in real-life scenarios that simulated the daily operations of hospitality businesses.
Throughout the trade show, Monri’s experts were available to provide advice and recommend solutions perfectly tailored to the specific needs of each visitor’s business.
