At the ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the eCommerce Croatia Association, Monri Payments received the prestigious Best eComm Service 2025 award as the leading provider of services for the eCommerce sector.
This award comes as recognition of our long-standing commitment to delivering top-tier payment solutions to online merchants in Croatia and the region. In a year when the eCommerce market continues to grow and user demands are rising, we are proud that our work is once again recognised by those who shape the future of online business every day.

A successful 10 years for the eCommerce Croatia Association
Marcel Majsan and Dino Oreški, President and Secretary of the eCommerce Croatia Association, launched the initiative back in 2015 with the idea of occasionally bringing together eCommerce and Marketing professionals through meetups they organised in Zagreb. That initiative has since grown into a large community, sparking a wide range of projects that have transformed the eCommerce scene in Croatia — which is why Monri Payments has been a supporter of the Association since its early start-up days.
“Today, we bring together more than 1,000 companies, have organised over 100 events, conducted numerous research studies, educated more than 300 eCommerce professionals through the eCommerce Academy, certified over 200 webshops, performed expert analyses for more than 500, launched the first printed eCommerce magazine in the region, recorded 90 podcast episodes, and developed software for certification and review collection for our members – Safe Shop. The main goal of our association has been to bring together the eCommerce & Marketing community, but also to increase trust in online shopping through merchant education. I believe we are on the right track to achieving our mission, and I’m confident that our community will grow even more in the next 10 years,” said Marcel Majsan, President of the eCommerce Croatia Association, during the ceremony.
